Built to Suit Factory attracts more interested tenants.
On Aug 1st 2018, Long Hau Corporation (LHC – The Developer of Long Hau Industrial Park) successfully organized the seminar Built to Suit Factory to introduce the concept to interested industrial consultants and agent partners.
Partnering with Shinhan Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank, LHC has updated useful information on the Industrial real estate market in general and the new products as on-demand factory to over 100 fellow guests representing accredited real estate consultants, legal consultants for domestic and foreign businesses.
"The demand for small business size is increasing in the coming time. "Built-To- Suit not only flexible in terms of area but also has numerous advantages in terms of time, industry specific requirements while meeting all necessary standards of investors." said Bui Le Anh Hieu, Director of Business Marketing, Long Hau Joint Stock Corporation.
At the seminar, Mr. Le Thanh Tri - Project Director of VEV Joint Stock Company (VEV) shared the special benefits when the company chooses to rent the type of factory due to the advantages of legal procedures, design and utilities of the industrial park such as Long Hau. Those benefits will help tenants a lot of money and time saved.
Participants also had the opportunity to discuss directly with each other, as well as to address the concerns of the land leasing or leasing company to representatives LHC in terms of construction management, design, factory planning of Long Hau Industrial Park and other legal procedures, Construction Permit.k.
Over 100 guests also visited to MD Japan Co., Ltd., a 100% Japanese owned company, manufacturing plastic packaging and food containers. This is the first Built to Suit workshop at Long Hau Industrial Park, with an area of 5,000 m2 and was inaugurated in May 2017.
The Buit-to-suit factory meets the full range of production-specific features with ample space for the factory area and reasonable office design. The concept made certain impression to the fellow consutants. Many of them expressed their interest and appreciated the prospects of building the factory on demand in Long Hau Industrial Park.
