Groundbreaking Ceremony of high-rise factory project in Long Hau Industrial Park
The groundbreaking ceremony of the first high-rise factory of Long An province took place in the afternoon of March 18. The project was invested by LONG HAU CORPORATION (LHC), built 6 floors on an area of 6000m2, divided into 2 phases with a total construction area of 44,774m2, total capital investment of VND 158 billions and ultimately completed Nov 2019.

The main category is a 6-storey building block, using elevators and lift ladders for transport activities to create a modern, airy architecture suitable for high-rise factory models for production as well as head office.
Perspective outside high-rise factory in Long Hau Industrial Park
The factory blocks have a ground floor height of 4.5m (with a floor load of 1 ton / m2), 4m high floors (with a floor load of 600kg / m2) to ensure ventilation with producing equipment. The inside spaces are the smart layout, equipment meets production needs, with flexible leasing area from 100m2 - 3330m2 depending on the demand of the business. On the other hand, it was integrated the sprinkler fire-protection and equipped with 3-layer security system: security team 24/7 around industrial park, security at industrial park gate and surveillance camera. In particularly, the project is operated and managed by LHC - the investor of Long Hau Industrial Park with many years of experience.

This project contributes to the construction of infrastructure and facilities for small and medium-sized businesses, relocated businesses due to inconsistency with urban planning, supporting industries and four key industrial groups of the province have medium and small scale production of ready-built factories with suitable area. On the other hand, this is the new product in the strategy of product diversification of LHC to attract many investors to rent land and factories for production and business in Long Hau Industrial Park. The investment of the project will contribute to bringing more effective socio-economic to Long An province, specifically:
- Improve the efficiency of industrial parks, attract more domestic and foreign enterprises to invest in production, contribute to economic development for Long An province, create jobs, improve skills and increase income for workers. Saving land resources, maximizing land usage efficiency; meet the diverse needs of businesses.
- Contribute to the development of supporting industries by meeting the needs of supporting enterprises that need production positions near large enterprises (such as Intel, Samsung, Datalogic, ... as big investors are looking for domestic suppliers and building supply chains for their production) forming on supportive industrial zones, creating connections between businesses in the same "supply chain".
- Facilitate a number of foreign investors wishing to open small factories to explore the market and survey the environment before deciding to invest in Vietnam for a long-term goal. After running business effectively, they truly invest in expanding or building new factories for production.
- The construction of infrastructure, facilities for small and medium-sized enterprises and relocated enterprises due to inconsistency with urban planning, medium and small-scale support industries for renting ready-built factories with suitable area.
