Infrastructure of Long Hau 3 IP ready to connect with existing Long Hau IPs

By October 2019, Road no.12 of Long Hau 3 Industrial Park has been installed electric poles. Infrastructure construction is speeding up in order to keep up land handover for first clients in December 2019.

Licensed by the People's Committee of Long An Province on May 15, 2019, Long Hau 3 IP - Phase 1 with an area of 123 hectares is considered a key project the province, contributing to attract investors and create jobs for thousands of local workers upon completion.

Long Hau 3 IP is located close to the existing Long Hau IP with advantages of complete infrastructure and full utilities. Since its launch, the project has received attention from domestic and foreign investors, attracting many businesses to sign MOUs from Australia, Korea, Japan, Europe and Vietnam, with a total registered capital of USD 400 million.

Regarding the construction, LHC has asked the contractor to build specific progress for each item, set up detailed solutions and expected completion time. At the same time, LHC always urges the contractor to ensure the construction progress, determines to hand over land to customers by the end of this year.

Long Hau Industrial Park has a strategic location, adjacent to the South of Saigon with the advantage of transportation infrastructure including seaport system, road and highway. In addition, Long Hau is just 12 km from Phu My Hung and 19 km from HCMC center, convenient for moving and trading. Over 13 years of establishment and development, Long Hau IP has attracted and created a community of 200 businesses operating stably.
