Launching Event of High-rise factory - Long Hau Industrial Park
On Nov 16th 2018, Long Hau Joint Stock Company (LHC - Investor of Long Hau Industrial Par) is to introduce a New High-rise Factory at Le Méridien Hotel, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
The project is located on the front of Long Hau - Hiep Phuoc Road, next to the exisiting residence for professionals and workers, creating advantage for enterprises when seeking for labor source.
With complete interior, integrated fire alarm system with sprinkler, helping investors save costs, time, more safety, and into quick operation. In addition, the project has a floor loading capacity of 600kg - 1 ton per sqm; ceiling height from 3.5 - 4.5m which saves investors on fitting-out cost and time too.
