Guests invited to the "Financial Solution to Support Small and Medium Enterprises" seminar

The seminar covered several issues such as financial resources to support companies wishing to expand the scale and technological change; solutions of guaranteeing finance to support businesses in borrowing money from the banks, funds and financial companies … These matters were presented by experts in the financial field as the representatives of Techcombank, Head of Quality Control Office – HCMC Science and Technology Department, Deputy Director of HCMC Credit Guarantee Fund. In addition, Long Hau Corporation also provided the solution of financial support by prestige through practical policies, such as: 

• Deferred payment to 8 years for businesses when leasing land in Long Hau IP.
• Factory built for rent or purchase.
• Other financial support packages: introduce and guarantee loans to businesses from JICA fund with the interest rate of 11.5%, as well as giving legal support when borrowing money from BIDV...

Specifically, this seminar also had the presence of Mr. Nguyen Trung Tin, Vice-Chairman of HCMC People’s Committee, and Mr. Huynh Van Minh, Chairman of the People's Council of Ho Chi Minh City.

The seminar ended with a visit to Long Hau IP - the first and only industrial park in Vietnam has just received the International Asia Pacific Quality Award 2010. Long Hau Industrial Park is keeping an extremely strategic position when located adjacent to large-scale deep-water ports as: SPCT Port, Saigon Hiep Phuoc Port and Saigon - Hiep Phuoc New Port, and only 12km from Phu My Hung. The 248 ha of “land of gold” along the river in Long Hau IP has been reserved by investors, so even established only four years, but the rate of filling in this area is up to over 65%.
