Overview

Long Hau Corporation (abbreviated as LHC, stock symbol LHG) was established on May 23, 2006, in Long Hau commune, Can Giuoc district, Long An province. The founding shareholder is Tan Thuan Industrial Promotion Company Limited (IPC). So far, the Company has affirmed its position in the industrial real estate market with typical projects:

- Long Hau Industrial Park (Long An), the scale of 500 ha. The project is divided into phases: Long Hau Industrial Park with an area of 137,02 hectares (in 2006), Long Hau Industrial Park Extended with an area of 108.48 hectares (in 2009), Long Hau Commune's Residential - Resettlement Area has a total area of 66 hectares and now is Long Hau Industrial Park 3 – Phase 1 with an area of 123.98 hectares.
- Long Hau Hi-tech Factory Zone (Da Nang Hi-tech Park), scale of 29.6 ha. This is the key project of LHC in the development strategy in the Central region with large-scale rental factories - specializing in the hi-tech industry and hi-tech support.
