SurTec is one of the subsidiaries of the Freudenberg Chemical Speciality Group with a history from 1849, as Germany's leading manufacturer in surface finishing chemical specialities. Thanks to a strategic location adjacent to Ho Chi Minh city, Long An has a number of industrial parks such as Long Hau Industrial Park, Duc Hoa Industrial Park, Tan Duc Industrial Park. It’s is considered as a new choice of investors beside Binh Duong and Dong Nai. The province recorded the highest rental growth in the last quarter, exceeding the threshold of USD 100/m2/lease cycle.
