Groundbreaking of a new generation ready-built factory in Long Hau 3 Industrial Park

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Kim Nyoun Ho - President of the Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Long An (Kocham Long An), the Board of Directors of Long Hau Corporation, and more than 50 guests who are representatives of the international trade associations, multi-national investors are interested in the investment environment in Vietnam in general and Long An province in particular.

 

 

The planning at lot 3A (Long Hau 3 Industrial Park - phase 1) for ready-built factories and built-to-suit factories is 11.69 hectares, divided into 5 phases. Phase 1 started construction at lot 3A with a total scale of 17,000 m2, of which about 13,000 m2 of floor space is for lease. The project is expected to be completed and handed over in early March 2023.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Bui Le Anh Hieu - Corporation Development Director - Long Hau Corporation shared: "The ready-built factory lot 3A is one of the outstanding projects in 2022 of Long Hau Corporation. It has many improvements in production space and enhanced utility. Specifically, the factory is designed with multi-function, integrating production workshops and storage. All factories have three open sides, spacious space, convenient for arranging auxiliary works for production. The work is built according to a modern complex model, surrounded by walls and a single entrance, suitable for the type of export processing and high-tech industry, which helps investors optimize initial investment costs, production efficiency, and save time”.
 

 

Resonating with the strategic trade location and favorable investment environment in Long Hau Industrial Park, the ready-built factory area lot 3A was pleased to receive investment from two enterprises from Germany and Denmark, reaching a 75% occupancy rate.
Mr. Lee Swee Heng - General Director of Bericap Vietnam Co., Ltd. - Investor in the ready-built factory lot 3A said: "After a period of careful investigation and research, we have decided to invest in Long Industrial Park because of its strategic location, developed traffic with adjacent port clusters, and convenience for exporting goods. Bericap Vietnam factory invested here has a scale of 6,600 m2 - the 27th factory established worldwide, also our largest project in Southeast Asia. It is expected to have 24 production lines. For a long-term goal, we intend to build our own factory with 60 production lines in Vietnam, serving the needs of expanding markets in Vietnam and exporting".

Long Hau Corporation continues to expand the industrial land fund with new projects such as An Dinh Industrial Park with a scale of 200 hectares (Vinh Long), and speed up the completion of legal procedures of Long Hau Industrial Park expansion - phase 2 with a scale of 90 hectares. 

Long Hau 3 Industrial Park was approved by the People's Committee of Long An province. The detailed planning project scale 1/2000 is a total area of ​​123.98 hectares. Currently, the infrastructure has been completely built and put into operation about 55% leasable land.
In addition to expanding the land for lease, Long Hau Corporation continues to supply the market with products for clean and high-tech industries such as high-rise factory with high occupancy rates from enterprises of manufacturing medical equipment, electronic components, apparel, etc. Along with that, Long Hau high-tech factory in Da Nang Hi-Tech Park - phase 1 expansion will be completed in 2022.
