Investor impressed by the progress of Long Hau High-rise factory
On September 5, 2019, Long Hau Industrial Park welcomed a Korean investor to visit and survey the progress of High-rise factory. The investor was strongly impressed by the rapid progress of the project. At that time, the 6th floor was poured concrete.
Although the weather changed abnormally, thanks to convenient traffic flow and close supervision to the contractor, the work is going quickly and right on schedule for each item. It is expected that phase 1 of the 6-floor workshop will be completed in November 2019.
High-rise factory was built on an area of 6,000m2, divided into 2 phases with a total construction area of 44,774 m2, total investment of VND 158 billion. Phase 1 of the project with a scale of 19,976 m2 is constructed by Long Hau Corporation. Phase 2 will begin right after the completion of phase 1.
Perspective of the High-rise factory
This is the first high-rise factory project of Long An province which contributes to develop an investment environment and meet the demand of investors coming to Long Hau Industrial Park, especially enterprises in high-tech and supporting industries, “clean” industries, foreign enterprises wishing to explore the Vietnamese market, enterprises renting offices...
The project is only 3km away from SPCT port, Tan Cang - Hiep Phuoc port cluster, 5km from Ben Luc - Long Thanh highway which is convenient for moving and trading. In particular, the high-rise factory is 20 km away from the High-Tech Park. It is much potential for supporting manufacturers to become suppliers for large enterprises in the High-Tech Park.

The interior is fully designed and fire sprinkler system is available which help investors save time and costs and quickly get into operation. In addtion, waste management, noise treatment, container trucking exit, lifts and cargo lifts are also integrated, ensuring a smooth and secure production process.
