Welcoming leaders of Long An province and Koica delegation at Long Hau Corporation (LHC)
On March 10th 2021, Long Hau Joint Stock Company had a reception for the KOICA Delegation (Korea International Cooperation Agency) and the Leadership Board of Long An Province at the Office of the Management Board of Long Hau Industrial Park.
The reception was part of the "Working Program between the KOICA Mission and the two provinces of Long An & Ba Ria Vung Tau" which took place from March 9th to March 11st, 2021.
Long Hau Joint Stock Company (LHC) was honored to welcome Mr. Cho Han Deog - Director of KOICA Vietnam Office, Ms. SEO Miyoung - Deputy Director of KOICA Vietnam Office, towards the presence of leaders of Long An province - Mr. Nguyen Van Ut (Chairman of Long An Provincial People's Committee) and Leadership Representatives from Departments and Branches: Department of Planning and Investment; Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
Mr. Tran Hong Son - General Director of Long Hau Joint Stock Company had valuable sharing about Long Hau Industrial Park as well as Korean investors who have been operating in the industrial park. Out of 187 existing businesses, there are 21 Korean businesses - accounting for nearly 12% of the proportion of businesses in the area.
On the same day, at the hall of Long An Provincial Committee, there was a talk: "Long An - the center of the key economic region in the South", clarifying the competitiveness and development potential of Long An for Korean business community.
KOICA was established in 1991 as an agency specializing in the implementation of non-refundable aid programs for developing countries including Vietnam, KOICA is an agency under the Government, under the direct management of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
