On the morning of December 25, 2019, Long Hau Corporation (LHC) held the “Grand opening and handover ceremony of the first High-rise factory of Long An and Long Hau 3 Industrial Park – Phase 1”

Ribbon-cutting of the first High-rise factory of Long An province

Announced from January 2019, Long Hau 3 Industrial Park - Phase 1 is one of three key industrial parks under the direction of Long An Provincial People's Committee on focusing on developing land fund, completing infrastructure and handover to investors in 2019.

Long Hau 3 Industrial Park is divided into 3 phases. Phase 1 has an area of 123 hectares. Since its announcement, the project gained much attention of domestic and foreign investors. Located adjacent to the existing Long Hau Industrial Parks, phase 1 takes the advantage of direct connection to the infrastructure of Long Hau Industrial Park and Long Hau Industrial Park extended.

Received attention and close guidance from the authorities of Long An province, Can Giuoc district, as well as close coordination of Long An Economic Zone Authority (LAEZA), Long Hau 3 Industrial Park - Phase 1 has officially completed the infrastructure connection and is ready to hand over to the first investor to lease the land as committed.

At the ceremony, Long Hau presented investment certificates and land handover minutes to 5 enterprises including: Cobi Logistics, Arikel Korea, Korea Eudan, Katsura Vietnam and Hanh Minh Thi – LA. Those enterprises can now build factory and operate stably from June 2020.

In addition to infrastructure construction, Long Hau, with strong support of Economic Zone Management Board Long An province, are striving to attract new investment projects in order to obtain the highest land use efficiency, create employment opportunities for local labor force and contribute to the socio-economic development of the province.

The first high-rise factory in Long An province was also officially inaugurated at the event. Started on March 18, 2019, after just 9 months of construction, the project was put into operation and handed over to the first clients as committed including PNJP, Ju Yuan and ABT… The occupancy rate has reached more than 70%.

Representative of PNJ, one of the 3 enterprises handed over the workshop said, High-rise factory in Long Hau Industrial Park is the most suitable choice for jewelry industry. The factory has flexible leasing area, strategic location near Ho Chi Minh city and guaranteed security. In particular, Long Hau handed over the factory as committed.

The 6-storey factory is divided into 2 phases with a total construction area of 44,774 sqm. Currently, the project has completed 1 block with a total area of 19,976 sqm. The High-rise factory is considered as a new highlight in Long An, meeting diverse needs of investors, especially business in high-tech and supporting high-tech industries.

High-rise factory has a strategic location, 3 km from SPCT port and Tan Cang - Hiep Phuoc port; 19 km from district 1 which is convenient for moving and trading. Besides, it is just 20 km from Hi-tech Park (district 9), which is a huge potential for supporting businesses to become a supplier for tenants in the Hi-tech Park.

Not only handing over completed factory, Long Hau also developes a full range of support services throughout the operation of business, as well as professionalize the management and operation of the building, helping tentants operate smoothly and stably.
