Reportedly, the joint venture MBV was established between Daimler Mercedes-Benz AG and Samco company (Vietnam) from 1995. MBV has just launched two satellite centers outside the main factory, including the Parts Distribution Center and the Vehicle Pre-delivery Inspection Center.

The Vehicle Pre-delivery Inspection Center has launched since August 2019 in Long Hau Industrial Park, Long An province with a total usable area of 25,000 m2, divided into 4 areas: loading and unloading area (5,000 m2), workshop (1,500 m2), preparation and washing area (1,000 m2), and covered parking area (17,000 m2) with the capacity of 780 vehicles, can be expanded up to 1,000 vehicles. The center owns modern equipment and a closed process to ensure each product delivered to customers is always in the best condition. MBV's investment demonstrates its long-term commitment to the Vietnamese market and strives to put customer benefits at the center of all its operations.
