Seaports development: Hiep Phuoc New Port and Saigon Premium Container Terminal ( SPCT)
Hiep Phuoc Newport – operated by Saigon NewPort Corporation also the operator of Cat Lai, Cai Mep seaport
Hiep Phuoc Newport is run by the well-known and strongest seaports operator – Saigon Newport Corporation. The operator is also running Cat Lai, Cai Mep ports in the South of Vietnam.
Saigon Premium Container Terminal ( SPCT port) is run by DP World, the famous port operator in the world. SPCT is a deep water seaport of HCMC, the port currently can welcome vessels of up to 50,000 DWT, and will be able to welcome up to 70,000 DWT vessels when it finish its 3rd dredging phase.
