Groundbreaking ceremony of Long Hau Trading Center
On the morning of September 19, 2019, Groundbreaking ceremony of Long Hau Trading Center took place at Long Hau Industrial Park.
Attending the ceremony, there were presence of leaders of Long Hau Corporation (LHC) – the investor of the project; Tradeco, project contractor; VEV Consultants JSC, design consultancy unit and representatives of businesses have been selecting premises at the Long Hau Trading Center.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Bui Le Anh Hieu – Corporate Development Director said, Long Hau Trading Center was the first commercial center in Long Hau Industrial Park. The project was built to meet the growing demand for retail and office premises in non-CBD of Ho Chi Minh City.
Long Hau Trading Center has a total area of 6,000 m2, including 2 floors with flexible leasable area from 60 – 3,000 m2. In particular, the first floor will prioritize attracting banks, supermarkets, convenience stores, coffee - beverage; the second floor will be for office work, consulting units...

The project is located on two fronts of Long Hau – Hiep Phuoc and Trung Tam streets. Customers can easily reach the community of 200 businesses with more than 20,000 employees and nearby residential areas.
In addition, the Center is only 3 km from Tan Cang – Hiep Phuoc port, SPCT deep water port, 12 km from Phu My Hung urban area. This is where investors often choose to set up offices and meet partners.
The project is expected to be completed in December 2019 and handed over and put into operation in the first quarter of 2020.
