Long Hau industrial park represents for southern ips in vietnam participating “Vietnam Destination” - boosting trade and investment between italy and Vietnam
The purpose of this workshop is to provide information and consultation for Italian enterprises on food processing, machinery, furniture and packaging industry looking for trade and investment opportunities in Vietnam.
The workshop has the participation of Mr. Andrea Zanlari - Chairman of Parma Chamber of Commerce; Mr. Carlo Marina – Head of ASEAN committee, Economy Development Ministry of Italy; Mr. Michele D’Ercole – President of ICham and many representatives of Italian enterprises in food processing, machinery, furniture and packaging industry.
From Vietnam, Mr. Tran Tan Sy – Sales & Marketing Director of Long Hau Corporation provided Italian enterprises useful information on investment environment of Vietnam in general, and Long Hau industrial park in particular. Especially, an update on development of FDI sector in the region with current improvement on international deep sea port Saigon Premium Container Terminal is also presented by Mr. Sy.
Participating the workshop, General Secretary of Food and Foodstuff Association HCMC (FFA), General Secretary of Packaging Association Vietnam, Vice Chairman of Handicraft and Wood Industry Association HCMC (HAWA), and other members also contributed valuable information and answer queries of the Italian enterprises on those industries.
The 4 hours workshop was successfully organized and receiving positive feedbacks from attendances. Coordinately, Long Hau industrial park is recognized as a reliable destination for Italian investors in Vietnam . Further steps of “ Vietnam Destination” program will take place in order to boost trade, and FDI between Vietnam and Italy.
